*Tickets purchased online will be available for pickup at will call at least
1 hour before showtime at the North Division box office, located just inside the west entrance to the building.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.

Cancelled Events: You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or or in person. If you bought your tickets offline, please return them at the same location for a refund.

Rescheduled Events: We'll contact you with the new date and time.

Replacement Tickets: If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges

All tickets for events at are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, up until one week before the event.
